For a major client operating on offshore oil platforms, multiple configurations were developed to house specialised plant-maintenance equipment, measurement instruments, and trolleys for material handling and onsite operations.

Handling—exclusively via forklifts or overhead cranes—is facilitated by integrated palletisation supports and lifting eyes.
Protection and safety are further enhanced by the self-supporting structure and a reinforced, shock-absorbing base.
Qualification Tests Performed
- Environmental Tests:
The flight case withstood 5 cycles of rapid temperature shifts—each lasting 2 hours—from T1 (initial temperature −38°C) to T2 (final temperature +51°C). It also endured continuous exposure for 100 hours at −34°C and +71°C.
- Salt Spray Test:
The container maintained structural integrity and protected all internal equipment during 700 hours of exposure to a saline environment containing 5±1% NaCl by mass.
- IP Protection Tests:
The flight case is protected against solid objects larger than 1 mm (IP4X). Upon request, a dust-tight configuration is available to meet IP5X and IP6X requirements.
