As part of the “Bespoke Co-Design Linea Industry” project, La Erre has implemented a structured Industrial Research and Experimental Development program aimed at defining and validating a new methodological model for bespoke co-design applied to the advanced industrial sector.
The “La Erre Bespoke Co-Design Luxury Line” project aimed to develop an innovative co-design model for the high-end furniture sector, integrating advanced collaborative design methodologies and digital technologies.
The primary objective was to understand how to structure shared design processes with clients, improving the definition of requirements, the traceability of interactions, and alignment with contemporary design trends and ESG principles.

The project achieved its initial objective not only by developing new prototype products, but above all by introducing an innovative, replicable, and sustainability-oriented co-design model capable of generating competitive value in its sector.
